Kaseye Girls CCAP welcomes Rev. Kaira to Chinunkha Congregation and Kaseye Girls Secondary School Sub-Prayer House

It was all smiles on Sunday, 19^th May 2024 at Chinunkha Prayer House when congregants from far and wide gathered to induct Reverend B. Kaira and his family to Chinunkha Congregation.

CCAP members of Kaseye Girls Secondary School, knowing that they are part of the congregation, did not stay quiet but decided to be part of the celebration. As such, a group of representatives from Kaseye Girls went to attend the ceremony.

The function that was characterised by showering of gifts in cash and kind upon the new arrivals, saw Kaseye Girls CCAP branch give out a gift of K30, 000 in cash and a parcelled present, which was reserved for the eye of the recipient. The St Theresa girls did not just end there but took part in the singing as well.

The master of ceremony, who is also the Moderator of Chitipa Presbytery, thanked the students for their kind gesture and urged them to cultivate such giving spirit further.

Mr Soko, a teacher at Kaseye Girls and patron for the group, thanked the students for their spirit of giving and their presence at the function.

It is always our desire that we mentor our learners to become good Christians and citizens in our societies by cultivating in them virtuous works such as giving, said Mr Soko. We are also thankful to the administration of Kaseye Girls for allowing the students to attend the function and for offering us a means of transport.
